[Bug 212922] Patch CD Update incomplete when restarting Yast is required

I think the restart of yast on installed was fixed already (bug #184452)
- do you remember what version of yast2-online-update did you have before
running that CD update? Was it your first update of the system?
The fixed version should be 2.13.43, I'm not sure but I think it was released
in the second libzypp update stack.
By reading of the logs, it looks like you were updating it from version 2.13.40
to 2.13.43, so the fix could not be working yet.
