If zmd is not running, zen-updater now shows a red cross in the system tray,
which is nice. And if the user clicks the tray icon anyway, an information
popup with the text "ZMD is not running" is displayed, which is nice as well.

But if the user moves this popup to the background, and clicks the zen-updater
tray icon again later, a new information popup with the same text is opened.
zen-updater should bring the existing popup into the foreground instead of
creating a new one.
