Spell checking in Evolution is broken.

Evolution requires libgnome-spell-component-0.3.so for spell checking; this
library is not being installed by default.

Looking at the changelog for gnome-spell2 there was recently a change [1] which
moved the library to gnome-spell2-devel.  This is the only content of the
-devel pacakge; I am not aware for the reason of the split.

As Evolution should not require a devel package its probably the best to revert
that change if there is no strong reason for the split.
