[Bug 175939] Grub boot menu doesn't appear after suspending to disk (hibernating) and powering on the machine (it should allow only specific kernel or other OS's)

The problem is:
You mount under e.g. Windows and Linux the same windows partition.
Then hibernate in Linux, change the partition under Windows, then resume in
Linux - and you have an inconsistent system.
I love the way it is since it's fast. If this is done, it should be done via a
sysconfig variable.
