[Bug 212195] EXTRAURLS/OPTIONALURLS are not working

The problem is in the control file, it doesn't contain the entry for the new
Yast client. I have added it into yast2-installation package, but the change
must be also part of the CD skeleleton package.
Lukas, could you fix it, please?
