[Bug 158573] <Tradition Chinese Font are different.

I have new question: For truetype fonts, is it possible that the outer contour
of a glyph has POSTSCRIPT orientation instead of TRUETYPE orientation? Why do
we need to check the orientation of the contour instead of just assume that
it's always TRUETYPE orientation?
