[Bug 205688] kmail can't decrypt gpg encrypted messages - "ask passphrase" dialog broken

Seems to be user-specific, gpg with gpg-agent works for another user.
now here's the strange part:
~/.gnupg of the user where it works, and ~/.gnupg of the user where it doesn't,
are SYNCED. with unison. so the contents of the directories are supposed to be
binary identical...
