That would not help.
It would only scale up the font one stage. It would not really make it legible
on large-resolution displays, but it might make it large enough to make some
dialogs not fit into the available space. Just think of crowded dialogs and
verbose languages like French.
The root of the problem is the window that is too small. I don't see a
workaround for all the problems. The fix would be not to make that window so
small.
