Hi, I want to share with you some information I got from
Matthew Ehle (sysadmin for our servers in provo):

He will be back fulltime to the webteam and can provide us database dumps etc 
from our servers.
He would also be interested in setting up some mechanism that enables us to do 
deployments
over an admin interface.

So we should think about where we want to go with our servers now and check the 
options
of external hosters like osuosl.org etc.
