* Discussion about prios Somewhere the discussion about our priorities popped up again. We still need to add a "Distribution" milestone where people can sprint on during releases and stuff so that people understand that we also have to deal with the distribution. This is a general thing people need to understand: The boosters can't be completely outside the general opensuse development! Who is "the people" in this case? And of course we can be outside the general development. How does this question come up?
Or else we don't know shit about shit to teach to new contributors. Well, yes.
But its also true that some of us still need to adjust their personal priorities. Right, again I want to emphasize the point that the Sprints are the main priority.
For me this includes some important parts: 1. Planning together with the other sprint group members how work will be done, this is group-internal discussion that needs to be done 2. Documentation of the results of 1. in retrospectiva 3. Implement stuff 4. Talk about the results in blogs, weekly reports etc. I know all of us are not yet there, because tons of other stuff is coming down on us, especially stuff that we do for years and is, as a result, an easy win to spend the day with. AND, and I know that, lots of stuff that looks very important to do because nobody else will pick it up if we do not do it.. Well, we have to risk that, because we need to do stuff that helps far more people to work with us. I see its difficult and again, we're not yet there, but thats the way to go. regards, Klaas -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-boosters+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-boosters+help@opensuse.org
