In this case, maybe one or two talks about the funding, the legal fundation, the organisations of free software projects in general and in particular openSUSE might be a good. Objections/volunteers?
I like the idea of explaining how free software projects are organized, and to talk a bit about governance. One thing that can be done is take two or three examples, with openSUSE being one obvious one -- the others would depend on the speaker, I guess. The other topic that would probably be appropriate is a guide to potential contributions. A bit like what Henne and I will do at Linuxtag, I think. The goal would be to show that it's easy to contribute, while most people think you need some superpower. Also, if the whole board is there, it could be nice to have each board member talk about what they're doing outside of the board -- you know, just to get some personal stories to let people learn how you can become involved. I think to make it easier to keep the attention of the audience, it might be worth targetting a format where talks last 20-30 minutes, and no more.
