Hi,

i just realized this has gone under in all the FOSDEM stuff. Sorry, i
hope you can forgive me once more...

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Summary
------------------------------------------------------------------------

This sprint was going from January 21st to February 4th. It was not very
successful. The factory status page is wading through the last 5% of its
goal, the centralized documentation came to a scratching halt after some
technical problems and a re-opened discussion occurred and the umbrella
project is suffering from too much general work burden on their members.
The only real good looking part is the miscellaneous work we do like
events, administrative stuff and general care taking.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Miscellaneous Topics

Things that came up, stuff that is happening. Something everybody should
be aware of.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

* Retrospectiva - Our project management tool
community.o.o is not ready yet and the branch is still not switched
because we can't do it without a re-installation. So we are currently
blocked. We decided to wait for community.o.o to kick off the re-install.

* LinuxTag 2010
Talks are looking good. The project has put in 22 Talks from which 10
are held by a booster. Check

http://en.opensuse.org/LinuxTag_2010

for details. Klaas brought up the topic of hack sessions or other
contributor activities we could do at the booth.

AI everybody: Brainstorm on our list what to do.

* Internal Stuff

Timesheets, Worktimes, Workreports. Boooooooring

* Community Manager
As Zonker is leaving we are looking for a replacement. We as the
boosters should think hard about if we know someone. Klaas/Henne are
involved in looking at the candidates.

* www.o.o
Deployment was a bit chaotic. Tom made sure that everything is in the
berlios SVN.
AI Tom: Talk to Frank how to document this process officially.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Standup

Every squad has to stand up and tell the others what they did do in the
last sprint, what they are planing to do in the next sprint and what
blocks them currently.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

* Factory Stauts Page
What we have done:
Merged status page from the staging branch to the master branch.
We currently miss version information. Tom is working with Adrian on
the next OBS release that contains our fixes.

What we want to do:
We fill the version attributes.

AI Everybody: Discuss the next milestone on FOSDEM.

What is blocking us:
Nothing

* Centralized Developer Documentation
What we have done:
The whole migration came to a scratching halt after another discussion
was started about fundamental things like Namespaces and the like. Tom
fixed meanwhile the last couple of bugs in the iChain mediawiki
extension. So we're technical good to go but need to bring the
discussion to an end again...

What we are planing to do:
Henne wants to bring the others up to speed on FOSDEM about the Portal
Template.

What is blocking us:
The discussions on opensuse-wiki at the moment.

* Umbrella
What we have done:
Not much. People where on leave or buried in bugs.

What we are planing to do:
Discuuss ideas with Robert who is now finally back.

What is blocking us:
Bugs
