both packages come from the same repo, which should be 12.2 GM.
The versions are:
Yast2-storage: 2.22.10-1.1.1
Libstorage4: 2.22.11-1.1.1
Notice the .10 vs .11

This is normally a sign that versions of libstorage and yast2-storage do not match. Please check if libstorage[34] and yast2-storage are from same repository.
