Hi,
SLES10-SP2-x86_64.
When configuring a bond device via autoyast we observed that the bond device
was configured well if all required network devices are online. Thats fine.
But we also observed that if you have for example:
slave1 eth0 - link
slave2 eth1 - no link
autoyast will configure a device /etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-eth-xxxx mac
syntax with all network parameters which were originated for bond0 but will not
create a ifcfg-bond0
Is there a possibility to force the creation of ifcfg-bond0 even if not all
slaves are up?
We would rather expect a network error than configuring of another device.
Thanks,
Jochen
