Is there a type of delay command for the NIC during the autoyast process?
In RHEL it would be nicdelay=XX and/or linkdelay=XX for machines that's
having portfast issues.
the DHCPTimeout option should do it for you. I've had to use it in the past
to allow for cases where the nic takes several seconds to get a proper link.
