After changing this the SDK repository is added and can be found in the
repository drop-down box in the software selection.

However, in the overview below "Add-on products" I see only:
(Media unknown, source unknown)

I don't mind as long as I have the addon available in the package
selection dialog, but I guess it shouldn't be like this :-) Is this
known, or do want to have a y2log for debugging?
