it's not missing.

the same, it's not misssing, just  didn't copy the endtab.

But I'm missing the /usr/share/autoinstall/dtd folder. Do I need them, or not? 
It is not in the autoyast2-installation-2.16.18-4.1 and autoyast2-2.16.18-4.1 
packages.

I use OpenSuSE 11.0
