Thanks for the hint, but it doesn't work. ( I thought I tried this before 
my question also :))
This approach seems to work the best atm: The menu.lst is correct, only a 
grub-install hd0 is needed to get things working.
Another hint was to remove the complete bootloader section and let autoyast 
handle this automatically.
This doesn't work: I got this error: 
    Error 23 while parsing number

For informations:
The disks I install on are 80GB SAS Disks. 

Does anybody else have a suggestion what could be wrong here, or what I can 
adjust to get things working?
