[opensuse-autoinstall] Reading autoyast profile from tape

Hallo all,
with SLES8 i used to create an autoyast based backup on tape. At recovery time
the profile was fetched from the first file on the tape. (Protocol: "Device", Filename: "/dev/nst0").
When i try it with SLES10 SP1 fetching the profile does not work, neither with
"device://st0" nor with "file://dev/st0". I can see, the tape drive gets accessed but
looking at y2log, yast seems to expect a block device to mount it :-(
Is fetching the autoyast profile from a character device not longer supported?
Regards,
Oliver
