You may have seen my response to your first posting on
April 25th. I assume that an pervious version of grub is
still installed in your MBR and the new boot loader is
not installed into the MBR, but into the root partition.

This problem is caused by a change of the default location
of the bootloader.
You may try to change the autoyast bootloader configuration
so that grub is installed into the MBR again. As an
alternative, you may replace the MBR code by a generic one
as suggested in the Bug Report.
