hm. The signature handling section works fine here and it works for a lot of
other people too.

it turned out, that the differentiation of those two stages (configure and
install) is not needed and so autoyast merged everything between <install>
and <configure> into a flat profile internally. Unfortunately everything
outside of <configure> and <install> got lost by this merging process
(fixed with 10.2).

involved (rules, classes, XML snippets ...)
