I think of some kind of very basic system on the stick together with the
necessary control files to start the installation on its own without getting something from the server via TFTP. Only the installation source
should be NFS. I am not quite sure what are the right steps to accomplish that. Looking on the web, i only find references to boot disks that initiate installation using TFTP, or to rather obscure instructions on how to put a complete runnable system on a stick (that does not initiate an autoinstall to hard drive).
you could use the boot.iso in the boot/ directory on the pub. I guess adding the install=nfs://xxx and autoyast=nfs://xxx/xxx.xml parameters to the boot/loader/isolinux.cfg file (in the iso) should do the job. matthias
