insert additional RPMs into the base installation?
I would like to add some non-SuSE provided bits to the installation, and the documentation I have found thus far does not seem to cover this case.
Basically, I have an RPM (call it abc-1.2.3-1.noarch.rpm) that I would like to install during the installation process. The naive method of placing it into the appropriate directory prior to the installation and adding a
<package>abc</package>
to the autoyast file used for installation does not work. The documentation is vague on how to go about doing this. Any thoughts? Has anyone done this? Is it simple to do? Did I miss the "this is how you solve that problem" document?
Thanks.
