You only need the first cd... I think you're making the installer think there are more trees of suse stuff under cd2, cd3, etc.. but if it knows core9/cd1 it's smart enough to look for cd2, cd3, etc on it's own. i.e. I have (for sles9): cornholio sles9 {623}$ ls SUSE-CORE-Version-9/ CD1 CD2 CD3 CD4 CD5 cornholio sles9 {626}$ ls SUSE-Updates/ content media.1 no updates cornholio sles9 {627}$ ls SUSE-SLES-Version-9/ CD1 cornholio sles9 {624}$ cat yast/order /SUSE-Updates /SUSE-Updates /SUSE-SLES-Version-9/CD1 /SUSE-SLES-Version-9/CD1 /SUSE-CORE-Version-9/CD1 /SUSE-CORE-Version-9/CD1 cornholio sles9 {625}$ cat yast/instorder /SUSE-CORE-Version-9/CD1 /SUSE-Updates /SUSE-SLES-Version-9/CD1 I think, for each path you specify in order/instorder it'll look for a media.1 dir, content file, etc.. and it doesn't see those in your cd2, cd3, etc directories. -- Mike Marion-Unix SysAdmin/Staff Engineer-http://www.qualcomm.com [The Quickie Mart was robbed, during the robbery Homer dove into the chips] Apu: "You can emerge now from my chips, the opportunity to prove yourself a hero is long gone." -- The Simpsons
