[suse-autoinstall]How to automate network card installation ?

Hello List,
I'm new here and I hope I'm at the right place.
I have a selfmade Installation CD which contains a backup of my SuSE 8.0 system.
I can install this image easily on a similar machine with a different network card.
Then I start 'yast2 -S lan' , delete the already configured network card from the original system,
add the new network card ( which is correctly found ) and configure it with DHCP and gave it a different hostname.
Is there a way to automate these steps within a script ?
Thanks in advance
