Marcel, I run into the lilo-problem (LI 01 01 01 01 01 ...) too after I patched the installserver with yast2-module-autoinst-2.5.27-0.noarch.rpm
Please try this patch which should be applied to usr/lib/YaST2/modules/Boot.ycp
