I'm just excited to be a part of the next release!
Being a "noob" to everything that is involved with promoting a
release, I find it an opportunity to work with teams and be involved
in something very exciting. I look forward to communication and
collaboration over the next few days.

Would you like to be for one time (12.3) or several iteration engaging for more time and hard work?
In my opinion, we shouldn't be worrying about this right now. Andi, do what you did well for 12.2. You coordinated things at the start of 12.2 development and artwork was blooming very early on. Simultaneously, take the lessons you've learned from this past cycle and add it to the next cycle.
For right now, we should be focusing more on what needs to be done in the next few days and quickly pull up volunteers to get it done. The fact that we are missing some important items that will help to promote everything going on in the next two months (see my other thread) is of utmost concern and needs to be crossed off the checklist before moving on back into organizational processes of artwork management.
