Dear Andi.
I think that while that was an interesting idea, mathematical shapes do not seem to represent the best or most recognizable feature of openSUSE, namely the color green and the gecko.
Did you take part in the discussion when it happened and raised your complaints? I do not remember so.
I don't know about Andi, but I was not involved with artwork when that discussion happened, but I can agree with him that there are better things than output from "surf". Of course, when I used bezier-curves, gradients and ellipses in inkscape, one could understand that those were "mathematical shapes", too. That would allow for about anything including the very nice art from Piotr, Ciao Bernhard M. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.17 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with SUSE - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAk5ELYcACgkQSTYLOx37oWRA1QCg58G/xnE4ssvElslICAtj96kJ 1AgAn0JrIFDNGPXhypqtakaq3Wz/37Jr =ohs7 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+help@opensuse.org
