No, that's not what I want to project at all. I'd like to be able to
use the same font if at all possible of the main openSUSE logo(s) to
show some relationship here. And if at all possible keep the openSUSE
portion somehow, be it through the use of the gecko head, or something
else that enables people to realize this is part of openSUSE, not a
stand-alone thing at all.
Any ideas?

Hi Javier,
Rumor has it that you are working on some tumbleweed artwork that I
could use for the release and/or presentations that I give on the topic?
If so, any hints on when it would be done? If not, any hints on how to
get this created?
thanks,

To add on what's Helen comment, I've an idea when I saw your draft
why not using the e in tumbleweed and transform them in swirl like ?
so the word and the logo will be only one
That's another possibility :-)

I happen to think this is a very beautiful logo in and of itself.
Absolutely. But when I looked at it, my first gut reaction was: is
Tumbleweed a standalone product or not? And maybe Greg can point out
that it is or isn't for the sake of the discussion here.
I think its entirely up to Greg to determine how he wants people to
perceive the logo. It really does look very beautiful the way it is and
even Bruno's suggestion of embedded tuumbleweed graphic within the "E"
But like I said, it comes across as a stand-alone product rather than a
subset of the openSUSE Project. Not sure that's what we want to
project.
