I am observing my Udoo Neo getting stuck on boot, whether the network cable is in or not. Happens with all of 4.9.0 and 4.10.rc3 and 4.10.rc3.next.20170112 but not with my old self-built linux-next kernel. As this is a new .dts, it might be an unrelated problem. But since you say you are testing the latest image, can you try enabling USE_EFI for sabrelite please? Works fine on the Udoo Neo.
