[opensuse-arm] Bring up your device

Howdy,
I gave a workshop today on how to bring up your own ARM devices on openSUSE
12.2. You can find the slides for it here:

They contain a bunch of useful information about workflows and openSUSE
specifics that are otherwise hard to find. If you want to help out, I would be
more than happy to read some of that information on the WIki :).
