there will be a brief outage of the download and buildservice
infrastructure today, scheduled at 11:30 UTC / 13:30 CEST.

All systems should be functional again after a few minutes.

Affected are

        software.opensuse.org
        download.opensuse.org
        rsync.opensuse.org, stage.opensuse.org, ftp.opensuse.org
        api.opensuse.org, build.opensuse.org
        (and a couple of other, but less visible hosts)
