Suddently i can't boot in my system. I haven't changed or ypgraded anything. I am not sure what's wrong but during boot if i press ctrl+alt+f10 i see messages like these linux kernel: ACPI-0283: *** Warning: Error evaluating _PSS Try change /etc/sysconfig/powersave/cpufreq into userspace
I can't boot if suring grub menu i press f2 and write acpi=off, because it freezes.
I tried changimg wthe cpufreq like the message said (using rescue system) but no lack.
I also tried forcing reinstall the kernel from the cd's (also using update system etc), but also no lack.
Although you say you did not update any kde packages, it seems related to the last kde update, more precisely kdebase3-kdm 3.5.1-27... Please check if you recently installed this update... There is a solution posted in suse-linux-e list. Good luck.
