I have also never created a spec file and I don't know if there's an automatic
way :-/ But you could ask "Josephine" (josephine@xxxxxxxxxx) who provided the
RPMs for SUSE 9.3 x86_64 (http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=23821)
and i686 (http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=23802) if she build
the RPMs herself and has access to the src.rpm or could send you a spec file
you just need to modify...
