Hi, I'm compile kmymoney on SuSE 9.2 x86_64, but get this error : /bin/sh ../libtool --mode=link --tag=CXX g++ -O2 -fno-exceptions -fno-check-new -fexceptions -lxml2 -lz -lpthread -lm -o kmymoney2 -L/usr/X11R6/lib64 -L/usr/lib/qt3/lib64 -L/opt/kde3/lib -L/usr/lib64 kmymoney2.all_cpp.o ./views/libviews.a ./converter/libconverter.a ./dialogs/libdialogs.a ./widgets/libwidgets.a ./mymoney/storage/libstorage.a ./mymoney/libmymoney.a -lkhtml -lkdeui -lkdecore -lqt-mt -lpng -lz -lm -lXext -lX11 -lresolv -lSM -lICE -lpthread -lresolv libtool: link: cannot find the library `/usr/lib/libjpeg.la' As you guessed, libjpeg.la is in /usr/lib64... The strange thing is that -L/usr/lib64 is in the arguments ! My configure command is : ./configure --with-qt-dir=/usr/lib/qt3 --with-qt-libraries=/usr/lib/qt3/lib64 --prefix=/opt/kde3 --enable-final --enable-libsuffix=64 --with-extra-libs=/usr/lib64 Is there anything I can do before I make a bad and ugly symlink in /usr/lib?? Regards Charles
