Mobo sugggestions for suse 9.2 with 4gb unregistered 184 pim memory?

Hi
I would like to upgrade my pentium 4.0 2.0GH 3GB pc2700 184 pin unregistered
ram to a 4gb AMD64 machine by buying 1 more 1gb stick and getting a new
mobo and and cpu.
Is any one running susu 9.2 on such a unit? If so what is your mobo and
processor?
