There's a SuSE reseller (listed on SuSE's website) in Singapore, who has it on 
stock now (just arrived) and is shipping, also to the countries around 
Singapore. I don't see why they would not ship to Japan. SuSE 9.2 for 180 
SGD, plus shipping.
