It is working now beautifully!

All I had to do was get the new 6111 driver for amd64 from nvidia.

Speaking of 9.2...


I'd like to use the extra functionality of the synaptic driver for the (APS)
touchpad. I saw in the comment from .config file that there are patches to
make work with 9.1. Looks too complicated for me. I decided to wait until
9.2 because I believe that kernel 2.6.8 will allow that to work.

Do you know if SuSE is going to enable that?
