Hi,
I have used qlogic qla2200 and qla2300 with SLES8 and it has worked
perfectly. In fact we have switched to using the qla2300 on all Linux /
UNIX servers at my job.
The driver even comes with failover functionallity, i think it is an
option in modules.conf that activates / deactivates the function.
The failover functionallity in the driver works, but we use MD's
multipathing functionallity instead (kernel 2.4).
And i think there is a new way in recent 2.6 kernels that handles this
even better (forgot the name).
