Any luck with Matrox Parhelia frame buffer?

Hi Folks, Being a gutton for punishment, I decided to try a Matrox Parhelia frame buffer on a new Tyan S2875 with two 246 Opterons. Yast picks the card up as "VESA", nothing more. Matrox has a beta driver for Redhat 9.0, but it doesn't install cleanly on SuSE 9.1. What do you think? Should I get a Matrox G550 and put the Parhelia on the shelf for a year or so until the drivers catch up? If not a G550, what would you recommend? Thanks in advance, Lew Wolfgang
