Hehe, maybe they just don't have much choice - the guy(s) who came up
with the campaign needed to show he(they) is/are doing something, and
that was the easiest to do and explain to the bosses thing to do,
besides $100m or even $1b isn't going to burn a big hole in their
pockets...
