Since the rxvt is looking for a gcc_s_32 library ( I'm assuming that this means that the library is 32-bit ) I would have to ask what version of gcc you have installed. For Oracle to work I needed to install gcc_295 ( old_gcc ) from Disk1 of the installation media. Then I had to change the users path to include /opt/gcc295/bin at the beginning so that at compile time the correct binaries and libraries would be found.
