Hy Andreas & list ,

There is no difference if I connect the SATA drives to the VIA connector.
But there is a difference between booting by DVD and booting by new Patch.
I've attached both "last screens". An interesting detail by booting with
the Patch CD is the recognized VT8237 controller: Both Drives have been
recognized, but IMHO not all partitions. -->> hda: DVD-Drive , hdb:
IDE0 , hdc: IDE1 , hdd: DVD-R Drive.

In both booting cases the installation stops at the hardware detection.

Any further ideas how I can go on ?

Regards

Francisco
