a week or so ago someone asked about a 2.6.x kernel boot ISO.  I've been
waiting for the same so I can install 9.0 on my system (1 SATA drive
non-raid on an SK8N board).  

Since the installer can't see my drive using the 2.4.x kernel, I was hoping
progress was being made on a new boot iso.

Any hope of one in the near future?
