True, that is a good point. We can choose by lottery but should indeed
have a divison by region.

I'm not in favor of.
If there's really 30 ambassadors in one region, and 28 of them are
really active, I don't want to squeeze them in favor of 2 others who
perhaps has not done so much ...

Sorry it's not fair play. And pretty nothing will be.

Well, that's the key. It is impossible to do this really fair. That's why
I propose to do a lottery-type thing... But it also simply depends on
what we can do in terms of resources. Can we hand out 5 trainings? 50?
That makes a lot of difference.

And it also depends on us being able to do this on a regular basis or
not. If we can do it really as part of the ambassador program, we need
to think VERY hard about how to do it in a fair way, keeping out people
who just become ambassador for this training (which, depending on how
expensive it is, might not even be such an issue).

But if we can only do this once, we can simply do a lottery with some
reasonable requirements like suggested and otherwise don't make a big
fuss about it. People then won't have a chance to join BECAUSE we do
this...

Notwithstanding all of us already certified, what we will propose as a
replacement ?

me no undertandie ?!? You mean what do we do with those who are already
certified? They shouldn't subscribe to the lottery as they don't want/need it,
just like the people who don't WANT to spend a few weeks working hard to get
the certification (if I was a volunteer dutch ambassador I wouldn't be
interested either, IT is not my business).

:-)

Certified is another work for crazy, but I know you know that.
