Well, that's the key. It is impossible to do this really fair. That's why I 
propose to do a lottery-type thing... But it also simply depends on what we 
can do in terms of resources. Can we hand out 5 trainings? 50? That makes a 
lot of difference.

And it also depends on us being able to do this on a regular basis or not. If 
we can do it really as part of the ambassador program, we need to think VERY 
hard about how to do it in a fair way, keeping out people who just become 
ambassador for this training (which, depending on how expensive it is, might 
not even be such an issue).

But if we can only do this once, we can simply do a lottery with some 
reasonable requirements like suggested and otherwise don't make a big fuss 
about it. People then won't have a chance to join BECAUSE we do this...
