My proposal is to start a discussion about it. Someone should lead the
discussion and when the programs actually starts to lead the program
too. Under my opinion it should be an active member of the community,
with a relatively knowledge on the subject. For me since he was one of
those who helped me in my first steps as an ambassador the best man
for the Job is Chuck Payne or else known as Terropup.Let me know what
do you think about it.

What I was just wondering:

We are just about 100 Ambassadors. Do we really need mentors?
Most know each other. Ask if there is, you can contact the mailing list or
IRC. Everyone can see and answer the questions. We are only a few people. I
think it is better to make a open communication, as the new ambassador to bind
to a person. Otherwise, everything falls apart in small groups of people and
no longer speaks with the others.
