Please create a process that does not involve me ;) I trust you that you do the right thing ;)
mmh, find it since days funny, does the old process not work? For what a new one? Only take care of ur work was the question wasnt it?
The idea in the discussion here was that a small team takes care of the whole process and that's something I like - let's not create too many single point of failures.
yeah u are right let us better create a band of failure makers. We had a feature screening team before and what happend?
We had no tool support for the feature team and therefore it died.
Same on membership team, hear more and more they dont work.
It all depends on the people in it.
Failures comes from big fat senseless processes like its created now!!!!
What process of the above do you find big fat senseless exactly? I believe that we are here to make suggestions on how to make things better and instead of characterize the others proposals, make a better one or tell him/her why its proposal is big fat senseless.I honestly speaking really appreciate your work but I cannot leave you compromise mine, or anyone’s else,it's not fair.
I don't see anything senseless in what I've done so far - and I see the same process followed and additionally more information made available for new ambassadors which I consider a good thing.
yeah let us make that more and more complicated, then we have all more work to do, yeah but we are a team and the other one does the job.
I agree, it should not be more complicated - neither for the new ambassadors nor for us. But a warm welcome and some good information at the beginning might make the difference between an engaged and active ambassador and somebody that soon leaves the ambassy without anybody noticing...
I don't think the team should be too large - since in a too large team nobody feels responsible. Still, Sirko, if you're interested, sign up for the team, you're welcome,
Andreas
