I've just joined the list a few hours ago and I'm trying to get the thread.

UTC 11:00 is 7 AM in Chile (8 AM in Argentina, even earlier in some
south-american countries) Being realistic, it would be difficult for
us to join the meeting. Personally, I'm willing to attend at any time
between UTC 18:00 and UTC 3:00 of the next day.
