[backend] add 'donotcreatecert' option for _keyinfo
The UI doesn't seem to be complete without showing the
ssl cert somehow.

[backend] set correct binary type for arch linux
This didn't matter in the past, but with the fix for dependency
parsing in perl-BSSolc (pull request #5) we need to treat
arch dependencies different to rpm dependencies. (Or we need
to normalize the dependencies.)
